Sertion is strengthening its presence in Denmark through the acquisition of Nørhalne VVS A/S.
Sertion continues its rapid growth and is now completing a new strategic acquisition in Denmark. Through the acquisition of Nørhalne VVS A/S, Sertion is strengthening its position in the Danish market and taking another step forward in its development as a leading international infrastructure and installation group specializing in complex HVAC, technical infrastructure, and industrial piping.
Nørhalne VVS A/S is a well-established Danish plumbing and heating company with a strong local market position in North Jutland and many years of experience in installation, service, and contracting work in the plumbing and heating sector.

The acquisition is one of several planned initiatives this year and a key part of Sertion’s ambition to grow in terms of quality and capacity throughout the Nordic region and Northern Europe.
