The junctions between the roof surface and the chimney, dormer, or window are the most vulnerable parts of a house when it comes to rain and drifting snow. We manufacture watertight and aesthetically pleasing flashings made of zinc or copper.

Facade and Roof Cladding
Zinc and slate give facades and roof structures a modern, architectural upgrade that is 100% maintenance-free. We install cladding on dormer fronts, gables, fascia boards, and entire facade sections.

The most exclusive and durable material, which develops a beautiful patina over the years, changing from a glossy brown to a classic olive-green hue.
Natural and slate tiles
Used for traditional roof and facade cladding with a long service life.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Plumbing Work
New zinc gutters have an expected lifespan of 30 to 50 years, while copper gutters can last up to 60 to 100 years. By comparison, plastic gutters typically last only 15–20 years and become brittle from the sun’s UV rays.
Yes! If the zinc gutter is otherwise in good condition, our sheet metal worker can clean, sand, and re-solder any leaky joints or small holes with tin, so that it becomes completely watertight again.
If the flashing around the chimney is leaking, water will run directly into the roof structure, the rafters, and the insulation. This can lead to mold and rot in the roof rafters, which is very expensive to repair. Properly installed zinc flashing will keep water out for decades.
