FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Natural Gas and Gas Furnaces
Manufacturers generally recommend a service inspection every two years. Regular inspections ensure that the system operates at peak efficiency and that wear parts are replaced before they cause costly downtime.
You can try restarting the boiler by pressing the reset button once and checking whether the water pressure on the pressure gauge is between 1.5 and 2.0 bar. If the boiler still displays an error or loses pressure, you should contact an authorized service technician.
This requires that you have your existing gas furnace removed and an air-to-water heat pump installed in its place. You’ll need to have the gas connection with Evida (the gas utility company) disconnected, and we’ll advise you on this as part of the replacement process.
